John Pimpinella
President
John Pimpinella has been president of Benmar Conditionaire Corp. since 2004. John oversees all of the company operations including project management, drafting department, manufacturing and estimating.
John has been an employee of Benmar since 1985 and started as the manager of the drafting department. He has been involved in every facet of the business since then and his experience and professional manner is valued on every project.
John is a member of SMACNANJ and has a New Jersey HVACR license.
Kathleen Clark Wilson, PE
Vice President
Kathleen Wilson has been vice president of Benmar Conditionaire Corp. since 2004. Kathleen oversees the engineering and design department as well as the service department.
Kathleen has been an employee of Benmar since 1982 and began as a designer of commercial HVAC systems and project management. She graduated from Lafayette College as a Mechanical Engineer and received her NJ Professional Engineering License in 1987.
Kathleen is a member of MCANJ, ASHRAE, and has a New Jersey HVACR license, PE License and LEED AP certificate in Building Operations and Maintenance.
Estimating Department
Fermin Yalong, Jr. PE
Senior Estimator
Fermin serves as the Principal Estimator of Benmar. He has over 30 years of experience as a project manager in New Jersey and New York. Fermin holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. With his background in both mechanical estimating and construction, we are able to prepare accurate cost estimates which ultimately benefits our clients with quality cost-effective work.
Fermin is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey.
Alex Curran
Assistant Estimator
Alex started with Benmar in 2016 as a project manager. Since then, he has moved over to our estimating department. Prior to Benmar, he had several years’ experience in the general contracting side of the industry. Along with his construction experience, Alex has utilized his experience in the tech industry to help redesign the Benmar website.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Management and Real Estate from the University of Miami.
Project Management
Ed Miterko
Senior Draftsman
Ed Miterko has been with Benmar since 2010. Ed is an experienced sheet metal fabricator, installer and uses that expertise to coordinate the HVAC portion of our projects with other trades involved in the same project. Ed is proficient in AutoCad and talented in many facets of the HVAC industry.
Ed is a member of Local 25 sheet metal union.
Nelson Martinez (Moose)
Project Manager
Nelson has been with Benmar since 1985. He is a Local 25 Sheet Metal member and has been a foreman for years on Benmar jobs. With his many years of field experience, Nelson was a natural fit for project management.
Nelson is responsible for job coordination, management, and scheduling for all of our projects.
Brendan Wilson
ASSISTANT PROJECT AND SERVICE MANAGER
Brendan has been with Benmar since October 2020. He has a degree in Business from Marist College. Most recently, Brendan worked in logistics management for large events and conventions. He is responsible for cost tracking on projects, submittal and equipment tracking and assisting with project management. He is also responsible for assisting with ordering parts, generating dispatch tickets and approving invoices for the service department.
Office Management
Lisa Staszak
Office Manager
Lisa has been part of Benmar’s team since 1994. As Office Manager, Lisa takes care of the day to day operations of the office. She handles all accounting tasks and manages the insurance. Lisa is our go to person with our job cost accounting and is proficient in keeping us on task with A/R and A/P. Lisa also takes care of many human resource functions for our employees.
Angela Paricio
Office Assistant
Angela has been her since 2010. She is the friendly voice behind the phone. Angela is also part of our customer service team. She is also involved in all aspects of everyday office tasks, such as purchase order processing, handling of invoices, etc. Angela is knowledgeable and experienced in our dispatching program and emergency call service.
Randy Stockel
Estimating Assistant and Collections
Randy has been our go to person for organizing office functions and streamlining some of the day to day tasks integral to the success and growth of Benmar. Through her organizational, customer service and account management skills she ensures money owed to Benmar is billed and received in a timely manner. She also assists the Estimating Department by communicating with our vendors through invitations to bid. The information gathered through this process is then used to prepare accurate and well-organized bids.
